Definite vs Indefinite

Italian nouns are either masculine or feminine. Masculine usually ends in -o, feminine in -a. Use 'un' (a/masculine) and 'una' (a/feminine). For 'the', use 'il' (masculine) and 'la' (feminine). Use l' before a vowel.
