Je voudrais (I would like)

Use 'Je voudrais' (I would like) to order politely, followed by what you want. It's much more polite than saying 'Je veux' (I want). Always add 's'il vous plaît' (please)!

Examples

Je voudrais un café. (I would like a coffee.)

Je voudrais l'addition. (I would like the bill.)

Je voudrais un thé, s'il vous plaît. (I would like a tea, please.)
