The Present Continuous suffix is '-iyor' (with 4-way vowel harmony: -iyor, -ıyor, -uyor, -üyor). Rule: Drop the infinitve ending '-mak / -mek', attach 4-way buffer vowel + 'yor' + personal suffix!
